The Elite style features a clasp in the centre discretely containing two screws to hold A4 paper. The size of this spine usually fits 10 pages however can be increased to hold more. The Elite is a great style for holding larger menus and can be fitted with plastic pockets or plastic tabs. The clasp can also be replaced by a ring mechanism as shown below.
